A special no-appointment-needed COVID-19 vaccine clinic will be held on Sat., Nov. 13th from 9am until 12pm at the old ADS building at 288 Lafayette Street. Anyone age 5 and older can get a free COVID-19 vaccine. Complete an online registration form at getavaccine.madisonph.org
