The London City School District in partnership with Madison County Public Health will host a free student COVID19 vaccination clinic on Friday, April 23rd for any student wishing to receive the vaccination. Students under the age of 18 must have signed prior parental consent in order to receive the vaccination.
Pre-registration is required and can be completed at getavaccine.madisonph.org. Please select “student age 16 or older (TPVALL)” when prompted. The deadline to register is Wednesday, April 21st, 2021. All students opting to receive the vaccination must be pre-registered with parent consent. No walk-ins will be accepted.
The 2nd vaccination clinic is scheduled for Friday, May 14th, 2021.
