The London City School District is announcing a request for proposal for a contract for the operation of the district’s food service program beginning for the 2026-2027 school year. You can find a copy of the proposal here.
An optional meeting with interested proposers to review specifications, clarify questions, and walk through the facilities with school officials will be held on Monday, April 27th, 2026, at 2 PM.
Please submit any questions regarding the RFP to District Superintendent, Dr. Lou Kramer, at lou.kramer@london.k12.oh.us by noon on Friday, April 24th, 2026.
All proposals must be received via email or by regular mail by noon on Friday, May 8th, 2026, c/o District Treasurer Ms. Kristine Blind, kristine.blind@london.k12.oh.us, 380 Elm Street, London, Ohio 43140.
The project award date for the contract is May 12th, 2026.
