London Elementary students with perfect attendance were entered into a special drawing for a chance to win Columbus Crew tickets, recognizing their dedication to being present every day. The Columbus Crew, in collaboration with the Cleveland Browns Foundation, supports the “Stay in the Game! Keep Learning, Every Day” Network—a statewide effort focused on improving school attendance and combating chronic absenteeism across Ohio.
This past Saturday, 25 London Elementary students and their parents had the unforgettable opportunity to attend the Crew’s match against New England. Their day was filled with exciting pre-game activities, including early stadium access, “Stay in the Game” t-shirts, Crew fan appreciation scarves, and the chance to meet the team mascots. The highlight of the day was greeting the players as they arrived at the stadium.
