Led by LMS teachers Ryan Apis and Sean Thompson, the LMS Robotics Club is comprised of over 30 students who learn about robots and other STEM related topics. The club sends teams to compete against other districts in robotics competitions during the year. In addition, the club completes design challenges and activities such as coding using Scratch, 3D modeling and Principal, and using Google Sketchup in architectural and engineering projects.

814 ROBOTICS (0.5/0.5) Robotics is an interactive class that focuses on the design, construction, and programming of robots. It provides learning opportunities in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). In addition, working as a team, students enhance their communication and cooperation skills. Robotics is a full year class that will focus on problem solving and applied learning.
