We continue to monitor the weather reports regarding this evening’s graduation. With the current forecast showing rain showers moving out of the area, we are currently still planning on graduation being held tonight at 7 pm at Bowlus Field. A final decision on whether or not we can hold an effective graduation ceremony will be made by 4 pm this afternoon.
Graduation is a joyous time and involves a large number of individuals, who make arrangements to celebrate with their loved ones. Holding graduation this evening is preferable in that it supports our senior athletes competing at the regional meet tomorrow afternoon, presenters who have planned to take part in this evening’s ceremony, and families who have made plans to celebrate their student's graduation over the weekend. We are working very hard to support all involved, while also hosting a dignified event.
