Dear London Families and Community Members,
Last evening our community voted to approve the renewal of the district's income tax. This outcome, marking the fourth successful renewal since its original passage in 2004, is a testament to our shared commitment to the well-being of our schools and the prosperity of our community. The income tax, which provides over 20% of the district's general revenue, plays a vital role in ensuring the continued growth and success of our educational programs.
I took this position, moved to L-Town, and my wife and I enrolled our kids at LCS because we saw the immense potential in London, our school district, as well as the remarkable people who contribute to its incredible community spirit. Your support reinforces our belief in the bright future of our schools and the community as a whole.
As we move forward, please know that our district is deeply committed to upholding the high standards that our families and community members deserve. We will work tirelessly to ensure that our schools continue to thrive and make you proud.
