The Ohio Governor’s Youth Art Exhibition was canceled this year due to the state-wide school closure, but that didn’t stop some of our Red Raider Artists from nabbing state honors. Only 300 pieces of art are selected for top honors out of an estimated 12,000 submitted pieces. This year, LHS placed 5 selections in the top 300. Congratulations to Caleb Herrli, Ciara Cooney, Emily Lutz, Lindsay Logue, and Derek Moore for earning this state honor. Each of these students was recently informed of their success through a Zoom meetup with LHS Art Teacher Stacey Hallowes. You can view the winning selections here.
