1. Yearly, the London City School District will maintain an ongoing benchmark of sixty (60 days) of operating reserves. NOTE: As of May 2023, LCS maintained 151 days of operating reserves.

2. Identified projects are completed on time and within the identified budget.

Board of Education Passes Final Resolution to Place Request to Renew District Income Tax on November 7th, 2023 Ballot

1. During the 2023-2024 school year, the London City School District will continue to update its Master Facilities Plan, which outlines improvements to district facilities for the next 10 years.

2. The district will revise and publish an enrollment report annually by December 1st.

3. The District will complete the following facility projects on time and at or under budget (Expected Completion Date):

   • Baseball/Softball Turf Project (October 2023)

   • Explore South Stadium Addition (September 2023)

   • Nature/Cross Country Path Project (May 2024)

   • Elementary Playground Project (August 2024)

4. In November 2023, the district will successfully renew its district income tax.
