FFA

Junior and senior FFA students are an integral part of the Future Farmers of America organization. As they progress through their high school years, these students have the opportunity to participate in a wide range of programs, competitions, and leadership roles that prepare them for future careers in the agricultural industry.

The presentation by Sunrise Cooperative in Wilmington provided valuable information to both junior and senior FFA students. Junior students were introduced to potential career paths in agriculture and learned about the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in these fields. Senior students had the opportunity to learn about a unique program offered by the company that provides FFA students with a four-year, full-time employment and training opportunity. This presentation not only gave students an inside look at a successful agricultural company, but it also provided them with valuable information about potential career paths and opportunities for further education and training. Overall, the event was a valuable experience for all FFA students who attended.
