KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION 2020
Kindergarten registration will take place at the London Elementary School at 380 Elm Street during the hours of 8:30am-2:30pm on May 11, 12 and 13. (On May 12 the hours will be extended until 5:30pm.) Parents/Guardians need to call the school at 740-845-3272, option #4 to schedule an appointment for registration. It is necessary to have all of the required paperwork, if the necessary paperwork is unavailable at the scheduled time of screening, the student will be denied registering at that time. To enter kindergarten your child must be 5 years of age on or before August 1, 2020.

Immunization Record
Parent’s Driver’s License
Proof of Residency (utility bill or rental/lease agreement)
Custody Paperwork (if applicable)
