Supports Bowlus Field Turf Project…
Madison Health, as the county’s primary health care provider, has always aspired to provide every patient the highest quality health care. Now, the organization is supporting the London City School District in providing the highest quality athletic facilities for local students. Madison Health recently made a donation to support the school district’s plans to upgrade Bowlus Field to synthetic field turf.
“We are grateful for the donation from Madison Health and our continued partnership,” remarked LCS Board President Marv Homan. “The support for the project by our community has been tremendous.” With the donation, the district has eclipsed a third of its fund raising goal within just the first six weeks of its campaign.
Madison Health CEO, Dana Engle, also shares the organization’s enthusiasm to provide to local schools. ”There is a direct correlation between the success of Madison Health and the communities that support us,” he stated. ”It is rewarding to give back to efforts that will benefit our current and future students, as well as our area residents.”
“Thriving communities are made up in part by great health care systems and strong schools. It is wonderful, when the two can support each other,” commented LCS Superintendent Dr. Lou Kramer about the donation. The London City School District and Madison Health already partner on athletic training services for London students and are exploring other ways the two organizations can partner in the future.
Individuals wishing to support the project can find donation information on the district’s website at www.london.k12.oh.us.
