About Prodigy
At Prodigy Student Travel, our goal is simple: to provide a safe tour and an educational experience for students, all at a great value for schools and parents. We believe travel is one of the best ways to teach students that anything – anything – is possible! Whether taking a tour of The White House, standing in awe of the sentinels at Arlington National Cemetery, seeing the spectacle of Times Square, or taking in the majesty of the Statue of Liberty, seeing is believing. Prodigy Student Travel helps open your students' eyes—and their minds to a world of possibilities.

Parent Meeting 2018

April 19th, 2018

Dear Parents,

Hello! The 2018 Washington, D.C. trip is quickly approaching. Please be advised that there is a mandatory meeting on Wednesday, May 9th at 6 p.m. at London High School. It is imperative that you and your student are in attendance at this meeting. At this meeting we will:

  • Collect emergency contact forms (includes OTC med permission slip)

    • I will be sending these home with students on Tuesday, May 1st

  • Distribute 1 of 2 tee-shirts students will be required to wear

  • Distribute lanyards for student IDs

  • Distribute trip assignment for students

  • Share group and chaperone information with students

  • Review trip details, expectations, and rules

In addition, Nikki Moore, the nurse traveling with us will be onsite to collect any medication forms, and prescription medication your student may need while on the trip. I look forward to seeing you all there.

Thank You,

Kristy Draher
